The area of corporate law of TF Advs. works with Brazilian and foreign clients and its investments in Brazil . Our professionals are trained to work in multidisciplinary teams, in conjunction with lawyers of other departments of Trigueiro Fontes. Our professionals are fluent in, at least, one foreign language, some of them with experience abroad, what enable the understanding and solution of legal problems involving foreign parties. Among the activities of this area, we highlight: constitution and organization of business corporation; operations of foreign corporations in the Country; re-organization of business corporation, acquisitions, fusing, incorporations and splits-up, joint ventures and strategical alliances; legal due diligence.
