Criminal (Corporate)

TF Advs. acts as a defender of companies and its representatives, or in the combat of corporative frauds, the so-called “crimes without blood”. Among the activities of this area, we highlight: orientation and defense of clients in police inquests and/or criminal proceedings of accusations of tax evasion, industrial accidents, environmental crimes, crimes against the economic order, crimes against consumers, defamations, crimes of right breaking, crimes of copyright breaking and marks and patents, crimes of unfair competition.
