The activity of TF Advs. in this area is developed under an enterprise vision, which aims the viability of the business preventing, if possible, the judicial uncertainties. Among the activities of this area, we highlight: environment licenses; orientation for attainment and regularization of licenses as well as licenses of operation; negotiation and remediation of environment liabilities; administrative and judicial litigation.
