The tax area of TF Advs. is able to meet the needs of our clients in federal, state and municipal tax spheres in Brazil . Among the activities of this area, we highlight: tax consultancy, planning of specific operations and those of the day-to-day of the companies, as well as in operations of companies' acquisition, fusing, incorporations, splits-up, joint ventures; attainment of tax incentives, special regimes of taxation, tax refund and similarities; administrative and judicial litigation.
